Basic Property Servicing:

  • Check-in (during office hours)
  • Check-in (between 8pm & 8am)
  • In stay cleaning
  • Laundry (Bedlinen & Towels)
  • Amenities per cleaning (Soap, shampoo, shower gel, ear buds, WC tissue rolls, bottles water)
  • End of stay deep cleaning & laundry
  • Check-out (during office hours) includes a full check of apt
  • Check-out (between 8pm & 8am) includes a full check of apt
  • Miscellaneous (e.g. lightbulb changes, air-conditioning services, etc.).
  • Welcome Pack (optional)
  • Airport Transportation (optional and at the guests expense unless otherwise agreed)

Full Property Servicing:

Our full service includes all the above plus these further aspects.

  • The management of all utilities and fees i.e. Electric, Water, Internet, Cable TV etc.
  • Dedicated website and booking engine
  • Pro-active marketing of the properties to achieve direct bookings
  • Monthly accounts

This service would be bespoke to suit your particular requirements and may include such services as gardening, pool maintenance etc.

To further enhance your guests experience, ConnaughtCT will work with you to produce quality customised information documents (Safe instructions, tv channel listings, wifi codes, map, guest information survey sheet including contact details for direct booking offers, restaurants, stores, etc.)
